2,Silicon nitride bearings (Si3N4) full ceramic bearings series

Feature : this kind of ceramic bearings have wider range of application in material usage, it's hardness could reach to HRC80 and the extreme high temperature could reach to approximately 800 centigrade, therefore smooth surface and hardness and non-lubrication are attributions of this material.
Application: ultra-high vacuum, rc,high speed spindle machines, grinders, dental drill, instrument,skates ...
3,Silicon carbide (Sic) full ceramic bearing

Application : under extreme circumstance and special conditions, such as under extreme high temperature( recommend you use Full Ball Complement series), the extreme temperature can reach as high as 1300 centigrade; and strong corrosion chemical medicament(recommend you use PTFE cage) which have longer working longevity because of it's hardness can reach HRC90.
4,Chrome steel or stainless steel hybrid ceramic bearing

Application :
1; because of features and attributions of ceramic, there would be lots of limitation in processing which would lead this bearings prices to high position.
Therefore hybrid ceramic bearings be developed which with ceramic balls and steel outer rings and inner rings, most application in high speed and high precision.
2; ceramic ball, stainless steel(SUS440) outer ring and inner ring which both have attributions of corrosion resistance, wear resistance and self-lubricate.
Those above hybrid bearings can be apply in skate, rc model, electricity toy and so on.

The application introduction of ceramic bearings:
1. High-speed ceramic bearing, which has good capability of cold-resisting, small transmutation under force, high resistance of pressure, bad heat-conduct, small weight, small friction modulus.
2. High temperature ceramic bearing: the material temperature application from 100 centigrade to 1300 centigrade and won't be inflation cause of difference in temperature, they can be used in hermetic separator, smelt copper equipment, plastic-production equipment and so on.
3. Corrosion resistance ceramic bearing: material itself has good attribution of resisting corrosion can be used in strong acid, strong alkali, inorganic salt, organic salt, sea water area and so on. For instance in galvanizing equipment, electronic equipment, chemical industry, ships making, medical equipment and so on.
4, Non-magnetic ceramic bearing: because of non-magnetic, no dust would be attracted; therefore it will reduce the flaking of bearing surface in advance and improve the problem of noise. Therefore it can apply in demagnetization equipment and precision instruments.
