On Jan. 26th, 2010, China Bearing Industry Association (CBIA) has held the council working meeting in Beijing. Liu Enshi, the chairman of council, Zhang Qiaofan¡ê?the Honorary Chairman of the board of diectors, Yang Naiyan and Zheng Ruzhen, the Senior Consultants, and the principles of the vice chairmen of council enterprises like HRB Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Wafangdian Bearing Group Corporation (ZWZ), LYC Bearing Company, Zhejiang Tianma Bearing Co., Ltd., Luoyang Bearing Research Institute, Shanghai Prime Machinery Co. Ltd., China Wanxiang Qianchao Company and Jiangsu Lixing Steel Ball Co., Ltd., etc. have participated in the meeting. The leaders of the Secretary Department have sat in the meeting. The meeting was presided by Wang Quanqing, the General Secretary of CBIA.
The meeting was held to carry out the spirit of the working meeting of the central government, transfer the thought if Second Session of the Third Members?¡¥ Meeting of China Machinery Industry Federation, summarize the work of CBIA in 2009, discuss the working thought of CBIA in 2010, further fulfill the ?¡ãLayout of Adjusting and Propelling the Equipment Manufacturing Industry?¡À and the document of ?¡ãSignificant Equipment Independent Innovation Guiding Catalog?¡À issued by Ministry of Industry & Information Technology of China, Ministry of Science & Technology, Ministry of Finance and State-owned Assets Supervision & Administration Commission of the State Council, and prepare for the coming standing council & council members (enlarged) meeting.
The work of CBIA in 2010 mainly includes the following eight aspects:
1. Make effort to carry out the ?¡ãEleventh Five-Year?¡À Plan and constitute the ?¡ãTwelfth Five-Year?¡À Plan.
2. Speed up the transformation of developing method and propel the structure adjustment.
3. Continue to propel the independent innovation and achieve the technological progress.
4. Boost the work of management innovation, HR development management and intellectual property protection.
5. Enhance the contact and communication with the regional bearing industry and reinforce the contact with the government.
6. Boost the work of industry informatization and enlarge the information service.
7. Continue to enhance the international communication and achieve the success of the 12th International Bearing Exhibition and international bearing summit.
8. Continue to enhance the self-construction of CBIA and provide better service to the government, the industry and the members.
On the meeting, it was indicated that the whole industry should unite together and consolidate the achieved fruits, insist on carrying out the guild line of ?¡ãCentral Government Economic Working Conference?¡À, uniform the cognition, firm the concept, do good job in transforming developing method and adjusting the structure, ensure the healthy, continuous and stable development of
