In Jan. 21st afternoon, the consolation group of All-China Federation of Trade Unions has visited Xibei Bearing Group Co., Ltd. The group have communicated with the related people of the company and donated 100,000 yuan consolation fund.
Xibei Bearing Group Co. Ltd., established in 1965, became the first listed company in the domestic bearing industry. According to the principle of the company, the company was influenced by the global financial crisis last year and the sales income of the company from Jan. to Sept. in 2009 has decreased 191 million yuan compared with that in the same period in 2008; the sales income reduced 51%; the operating loss reached 40 million yuan. Even though the operating fell across difficulties, the company still ensured that no job was cut and no salary was retained. Huang Huadan, the Vice Director of State-owned Assets Supervision & Administration Commission of State Council, Vice Chairman of All-China Federation of Trade Unions said that in the key period of the economic difficulties, they company should grab the share of the market, emphasize the management, reduce the cost, trust the staff, depend on the staff and lead the staff to overcome the difficulties; the company should care about the staff, protect their legal rights and interests and guarantee their living; should encourage the staff and ensure that each staff can have a happy and harmonious Spring Festival.
