Rick Hamilton has been named president, Renold Canada Ltd., Brantford, ON, effective Sept. 2, 2008.
Hamilton was previously with Martin Sprocket Gear Canada Inc., Mississauga, ON, where since 1997 he held positions of increasing responsibility, including sales manager, plant manager and most recently general manager.
Hamilton replaces Russ Perry, who left Renold in the spring of 2008.
Prior to his tenure with Martin, Hamilton served in sales and marketing management roles with Emerson Power Transmission. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University and has extensive experience in the Miniature Bearings power transmission industry.
